Mon. Oct. 21
- Review and quiz on “The Late Man” on p. 98 of Tigers of the Snow .  The Late Man is a modern, surrealist short story. Surreal means unreal or dreamlike.

When finished, start reading “The Painted Door” on p. 47 and work on the vocabulary and questions. There will also be a 14 mark open-book quiz tomorrow.
