- Review and quiz on The Late Man” on p. 98 of Tigers of the SnowThe Late Man is a modern, surrealist short story. Surreal means unreal or dreamlike.
When finished, start reading The Painted Door” on p. 47 and work on the vocabulary and questions. There will also be a 14 mark open-book quiz tomorrow.

- We are attending a presentation in the JP gym this morning during our class time. Remember to complete the vocabulary definitions on the article handed out yesterday. There will be a 12 mark vocabulary quiz on Tues. Oct. 15.
