- View the Macbeth Characters DVD
- Review the Primary Source exercise sheet and the Secondary Source exercise sheet. These should be completed by Fri. Dec. 13th in preparation for the Macbeth in-class essay on Mon. Dec. 16th.
- Start reading the Macbeth graphic novels after you finish working on episode 7 - 11 questions.

Various directors interpret the play differently with different types of witches:
- Japanese director Akira Kurosawa adapted Macbeth for a Japanese audience in this 1957 movie, Throne of Blood.
- Macbeth Retold (BBC)
- Macbeth witches from the Patrick Stewart Great Performances version of the play.
