- Review the Primary Source exercise sheet and the Secondary Source exercise sheet. These should be completed by Fri. May 9th.
- Start reading the Macbeth graphic novels after you finish working on episode 7 - 11 questions.

Various directors interpret the play differently with different types of witches:
- Japanese director Akira Kurosawa adapted Macbeth for a Japanese audience in this 1957 movie, Throne of Blood.
Orson Welles directed the Voodoo version of Macbeth (set in Haiti) in 1936.

- Use your Oxford Press edition of Macbeth and start work on the Episode 1 questions (Act I sc. 1-4). Continue on with the episode 2 (Act I sc. 5-7) and Episode 3 questions (Act. II sc. 1-2).
Tuesday- View Introduction to Shakespeare DVD
Use your Oxford Press edition of Macbeth and finish work on the Episode 1 questions (Act I sc. 1-4) , episode 2 questions (Act I sc. 5-7), and  Episode 3 (Act II sc. 1-2)
- Start  Episode 4 (Act II sc. 3-4) questions.
